Yumplum RUSF
Description:
Yumplum RUSF is a lipid based Ready-to-Use-Supplementary Food(RUSF) used for the treatment of children from the age of 6 months suffering from moderate acute malnourishment (MAM).
Yumplum RUSF is also suitable from children who are coming out of therapeutic nutrition programs in order to prevent relapse into severe acute malnourishment.
It can be used at home without prior preparation for outpatient treatment of children suffering from MAM under the supervision of the mother or another member of the family.
How to Use:
Yumplum RUTF can be eaten directly from the sachet. Ideally, it should be consumed along with mother’s milk or clean drinking water in order to prevent dehydration.
Shelf Life:
24 months from the date of manufacturing if stored in a cool dry environment
